“It is my mission to bring consciousness into the world, so that more intimate relationships arise with ourselves, with others, and ultimately with everything around us.

To live and connect from the heart.”

Born in 1986 in Venlo, with the name Michelle Kessels in my passport. My father called me Ariël, my mother Sunshine. Together they also gave me the nickname eigewieze prengel (Limburg dialect for “stubborn little thing”). Today, I embrace all these names — each carries a piece of my being.

My desire to understand people and their behavior led me through various studies onto the path of coaching and training. In 2010, I began my career, and since then I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals, couples, families, and teams. These experiences have shaped me into the coach and facilitator I am today.

At the same time, I followed my spiritual path. During my journeys to Asia, I immersed myself in the philosophy and ancient wisdom of Yoga, Tantra, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Chinese and Thai medicine. Together with systemic constellation work, these traditions form the foundation of my body-oriented approach.

The combination of my professional background, my spiritual development, and my Limburg down-to-earthness allows me to move freely and fluidly between worlds. For me, it ultimately always comes down to one thing:

It’s all about balance.

2. What can I expect from a coaching session?
Coaching is a safe, supportive space where we focus on your goals, challenges, and growth edges. Together, we bring awareness to patterns and create practical tools for lasting change.

3. What is constellation work?
Constellation work is a powerful way to uncover hidden dynamics in personal, family, or organizational systems. It helps bring clarity to challenges, heal relational patterns, and create more freedom in your life.

4. Do I need prior experience to join a retreat or session?
Not at all. You’re welcome exactly as you are. Whether this is your first time exploring inner work or you’ve been on a personal growth path for years, everything is tailored to meet you where you are.

5. How do I know if a retreat is right for me?
Retreats offer deep immersion — a chance to step away from daily life, recharge, and dive into practices of connection, healing, and embodiment. If you feel the call to slow down, reset, and expand, a retreat may be the right space for you.
