‘’You are only something when you are able to be nothing.’’
“It is my mission to bring consciousness into the world, so that more intimate relationships arise with ourselves, with others, and ultimately with everything around us.
To live and connect from the heart in our full alivness”
Born in 1986 in Venlo The Netherlands, with the name Michelle Kessels in my passport. My father called me Ariël and my mother Sunshine. Together they also gave me the nickname eigewieze prengel (Limburg dialect for “stubborn little thing”). Today, I embrace all these names — each carries a piece of my being.
My desire to understand people and their behavior led me through various studies onto the path of coaching and training. In 2010, I began my career, and since then I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals, couples, families, and teams. These experiences have shaped me into the coach and facilitator I am today.
At the same time, I followed my spiritual path. During my journeys to Asia, I immersed myself in the philosophy and ancient wisdom of Yoga, Tantra, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Chinese and Thai medicine. Together with systemic constellation work, these traditions form the foundation of my body-oriented approach.
The combination of my professional background, my spiritual development, and my Limburg down-to-earthness allows me to move freely and fluidly between worlds. For me, it ultimately always comes down to one thing:
It’s all about balance.
“For me, the real raw truth is the highest form of love that exists.”
2010
After completing my Bachelor’s degree, I resigned from Holland Casino, where I had worked for six years as a croupier. Ready for backpacking adventures.
2023
“In 2010, I set out on a few months travel journey that opened the door to the Eastern world. In Vietnam, I earned my diving certification — and for the first time, I experienced the breathtaking beauty of the underwater world.”
“After returning from my travels, I began my career in the social sector, working in Youth Care and Mental Health. My focus was on systemic theory, inspired by the teachings of its founder, Iván B. Nagy.”
2011
“In 2011, I became a godmother for the first time — an experience that touched me deeply and opened my heart in a new way”
2012
“ In 2012, I returned to Asia for a three-month sabbatical, a journey that once again broadened my perspective on life and connection “
2014
“ By 2014, I completed an additional training as a coach, after which I worked across diverse fields — from youth protection and mental health care to political environments and corporate organizations “
2015
“ In 2015, I became the proud owner of a fixer-upper home. Together with my father, family, and friends, we lovingly restored it over the course of 7 years — a true labor of dedication and patience “
“ In 2019, I traveled to India for one of my yoga teacher trainings and my first introduction to Tantra. With over 800 hours of body-oriented trainings, these studies have become a fundamental part of my approach today “
2019
“The first days of Januari 23’ I had a small car accident with a very big impact. Main thing was a brain concussion and whiplash with 1,5 yr of rehabilitation. Life humbled me with this pause.”
2022
“In 2022, I embarked on a deepening study journey focused on Ayurveda — the ancient Indian healing tradition rooted in the elements of nature. During that time, I also immersed myself in Traditional Thai Bodywork, learning directly in Thailand.”
2023
“In 2023, I also fell in love with the magical island of Ibiza — a place where many teachings unfolded for me during various Tantra retreats. Over time, Ibiza has become my true home. I’ve even begun learning Spanish… though I still have plenty of practice ahead of me. ;-)”
2024
“ Inner Muse — The Brand is born. A movement for women with a focus on their own Inner Muse. A retreat in spring 2024 on Ibiza marked the beginning, and much more is yet to come. Join Inner Muse Retreat Ibiza in November 2025 “.
2025
“ Following new studies in 24’ and 25’ with international teachers, the next movement was born:
Circle Collective, Groupwork where Circle Constellation lies at the heart of everything we do “

What you didn’t know about me yet…
Cooking feels like meditating for me. Food and nutrition are a great and important love in my life. Nutrition is the most important medicine that exists.
I believe in a combination of groundedness, understanding what we do (psychology), and working with the body.
I have traded my pumps for mostly walking barefoot when its not to cold.
I have never used drugs and have never been drunk. Allready high on life itself ;-).
Music, dance, and free movement help me connect deeply with myself. These are also used within the workshops and coaching.
When you use food as medicine, suddenly there are so many possibilities
